Next Games is a combination of Finnish game development culture and the global entertainment culture of Netflix, embracing the strengths of both to create something truly unique.

Our guiding light in growing our team is that we don’t look for a culture fit – We look for how each person can enrich our culture and values. We come from a wide range of backgrounds, with 32 nationalities and 31% non-male employees, we are committed to building a diverse studio.
