Lunastusmenettelyyn nimetty välimiesoikeus tulee aikanaan vahvistamaan lunastushinnan Next Gamesin vähemmistöosakkeille. Lunastushinta tullaan maksamaan kaikille osakkeenomistajille välimiesoikeuden päätöksen ja sovellettavan lain mukaisesti. Maksun saaminen ei edellytä osakkeenomistajilta aktiivisia toimenpiteitä. Helsingin käräjäoikeus on määrännyt Matti J. Sillanpään uskotuksi mieheksi valvomaan osakkeenomistajien etua menettelyssä.

The arbitral tribunal appointed for the redemption proceedings will confirm the redemption price for the Next Games minority shares in due course. The redemption price will be paid to all shareholders in accordance with the decision of the arbitral tribunal and the applicable law. No actions are required from the shareholders to receive the payment of the redemption price. The District Court of Helsinki has appointed Matti J. Sillanpää to oversee the interests of the shareholders as a special representative in the redemption proceedings.

Lunastushinta tullaan maksamaan viimeistään kuukauden kuluessa siitä kun lunastusmenettelyssä annettava välitystuomio on tullut lainvoimaiseksi.

The redemption price will be paid at the latest a month after the arbitral award rendered in the redemption proceedings becomes final.
